Job Description Summary:

The Technology Development team provides a platform for understanding the problem that the software is supposed to solve, designing a solution, developing and testing it, and releasing it to the end-user. Team members are expected to strengthen the solutions provided by developing new offerings, maintaining existing solutions, and providing a seamless experience to end-users through analysis, critical thinking, and the ability to design, test, and develop software to meet user needs. The SOFTWARE ENGINEER in the Cohort will be able to demonstrate curiosity, problem-solving, critical thinking, and technological abilities. They must demonstrate a strong desire to learn through self-paced and instructor-led curriculums.


  • To communicate and articulate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.

  • Capable of developing and maintaining relationships across the organization.

  • Capable of effectively documenting information through databases, knowledge warehouses, and other shared spaces.

  • Understanding of database, warehouse, and SQL concepts

  • Under the supervision of a practitioner, learn and code in one of the core Tech stacks (Oracle, SQL, AWS, Redshift, Snaplogic, Python, and.Net).

  • Under the supervision of a practitioner, learn to unit test as part of the development process.
