end-to-end customer experience strategy and putting it into practice.

  • Job Description:
    • Assist in the resolution of technically complex, strategic/high-profile, or lengthy
    customer cases that may necessitate interaction with Software Engineering.
    • Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues using collaboration,
    troubleshooting best practices, and transparency within and across teams (e.g.
    swarming) (either technically or strategically)
    • Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation, and other digital self-help
    assets to improve customer/engineer experience
    • Provide ramp activities, knowledge sharing, technical coaching, and mentoring
    • Drive technical collaboration and engagement outside of CSS (Product
    Engineering teams/Services/Support/Regions)
    • Strengthen business relationships with key customer contacts and TAMs.
    • Ability to quickly identify customer issues to specific Azure Services or Azure
    Platforms, as well as to conduct in-depth diagnostics on the Azure platform.
    • Customer service and crisis management
    • Accountability and collaboration
    • Promoting cross-team participation and collaboration.
  • Job Qualifications:
    – Understanding of networking concepts such as VIPs, NAT, and DNS
    – Knowledge of networking tools (ping, tracert, tracemon, wire shark, etc.)
    – Knowledge of load balancing and VPN technologies is preferred.
    – Knowledge of the OSI model and related concepts.
    – Knowledge of Azure Virtual Network
    – Azure DNS experience and understanding of DNS concepts
    – Knowledge and experience with Express Route Circuits and Application
    Gateways
